How the work is organised.
Cutting, sewing, finishing and packing run in Türkiye, with specialist units for washing and ironing alongside. Specialist units across Türkiye handle washing, ironing, additional cutting and packing when a programme needs them. Every unit is an approved production site working to the same seals and the same inspection standard. Nothing leaves the chain unchecked.

Six stages, all of them ours to answer for.
01
Sourcing & fabric
We source across Turkish mills for jersey, rib, interlock, fleece, poplin, twill, denim and fancy knits. Development runs on a shade card: hand feel, weight, shrinkage and lab dips signed off before bulk is booked. Certified options available under GRS, RCS and BCI.

Cutting
Markers are made and consumption is reported back to you honestly. If a style is eating fabric you hear it from us before bulk, not after.

Sewing
Overlock, flatlock, coverstitch, bartack, buttonhole and button attach, with in-line checks as the run goes.

Pattern & print
Patterns are plotted and graded in-house, and our print team produces artwork by hand painting, illustration and digital development.

Quality control
In-line checks through the run and a final inspection on every order, measured against your approved PP sample. You are welcome to send a third-party inspector, and we will never ask you not to.

Finishing & export
Pressing, folding, polybagging, hangtags, care labels, cartons, barcodes and export documentation. FOB Istanbul.
