Production base
305 machines. 320 people. One chain of custody.
Recognised by IHKIB, the Istanbul Apparel Exporters Association, in its 2024 export awards.
How the work is organised.
Production runs across two facilities in Türkiye, supported by a vetted network of specialist units for washing, ironing and packaging. We manage the fabric, the line, the inspection and the export ourselves, so one company stays answerable for the whole chain. See what we make, with MOQ and lead times, or browse recent production.

Facility two
Full line
Extended network
Seven to ten specialist units across Türkiye handle washing, ironing, additional cutting and packing, adding roughly 300,000 pieces a month of surge capacity. Every unit is an approved production site working to the same seals and the same inspection standard. Nothing leaves the chain unchecked.

Inside the process
Six stages, all of them ours to answer for.

01
Sourcing & fabric
We source across Turkish mills for jersey, rib, interlock, fleece, poplin, twill, denim and fancy knits. Development runs on a shade card: hand feel, weight, shrinkage and lab dips signed off before bulk is booked. Certified options available under GRS, RCS and BCI.

02
Cutting
Markers are made and consumption is reported back to you honestly. If a style is eating fabric you hear it from us before bulk, not after.

03
Sewing
305 automated machines across two sites. Overlock, flatlock, coverstitch, bartack, buttonhole and button attach. Roughly 420,000 pieces a month in-house.

04
Pattern & print
Patterns are plotted and graded in-house, and our print team produces artwork by hand painting, illustration and digital development.

05
Quality control
In-line checks through the run and a final inspection on every order, measured against your approved PP sample. You are welcome to send a third-party inspector, and we will never ask you not to.

06
Finishing & export
Pressing, folding, polybagging, hangtags, care labels, cartons, barcodes and export documentation. FOB Istanbul.
Come and see it.
Istanbul is a three to four hour flight from most of Europe and we host brand visits every week. If you cannot travel, we will walk you through the floor on a video call, with no commitment and no sales pitch.
