The questions we get asked most.
What is your minimum order quantity?
100 to 120 pieces per colour, with a minimum total order of 100 pieces. If you are below that, tell us anyway. We can sometimes combine your fabric booking with another order.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes, there is a sampling charge plus courier, and it is credited against your first bulk invoice. We quote it with your first costing. We charge because a free sample is not a real commitment from either side.
How long does everything take?
Tech pack to approved sample: 2 to 4 weeks. Bulk: 5 to 7 weeks. Realistically, from first email to goods on your dock, allow 10 to 14 weeks for a first order.
Do you source the fabric or do I?
Either. In full package we source, book and finance the fabric and you get one invoice. In CMT you send the fabric and we cut and make.
Who owns the patterns?
You do. We make them, you own them, and we send you the files if you ever leave. We will not hold your patterns hostage.
What are your Incoterms?
We work on FOB, EXW, CIF, DAP and DDP. We ship worldwide by road, air and sea; transit time depends on the destination and we confirm it with your quote.
Can I visit?
Yes, any time. Türkiye is a 3 to 4 hour flight from most European cities and we host brand visits every week. If you cannot travel we will do a live video walkthrough.
Can I send a third-party inspector?
Yes, announced or unannounced, at your cost. We will never refuse an inspection, and if any factory ever refuses you one, walk away.
What certifications do you hold?
Sedex SMETA four-pillar, Disney FAMA facility approval, GRS, RCS and BCI. Documents on request, usually the same day.
Do you handle children's safety compliance?
Yes. Cord and drawstring requirements, small parts, flammability and EU care labelling are handled as part of tech pack review and development.
What if the quality is wrong?
Every order gets a final inspection and you get the report before shipping. If something gets through and it is our fault, we remake it or credit it. That has to be the answer or the relationship does not work.
How quickly do you reply?
Same business day, Monday to Friday, Istanbul time. Every enquiry, including the ones we cannot help with.
